Beach Front Condos
All condos do require the first night plus tax for deposit. The
cancellation policy is as follows: 14 days notice is required.
If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days from date of
arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be returned,
less $15.00 accounting fee, if cancellation notice is given more
than 14 days from date of arrival. There is a 2 night minimum
stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All condos have a cleaning
fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties.

This Beach Front Condo #103 is stocked
so well you won't have to leave for anything once you check in!
Located on the main floor, you have a view of the green belt/picnic
area. Sit by a cozy fire (presto logs only!) and listen to the
ocean roar, or watch one of the many free movies available in
the unit. Football lovers dream. Enjoy football games on a 37
inch LCD TV and walk the beach later , play games or do a puzzle.
1 bedroom with queen bed and a 26 inch LCD TV, living area with
a futon, full kitchen and full bath. The 37 inch TV in the living
room has a DVD player, CD player with an IPOD hook up. Very close
to downtown activities, restaurants, shops and grocery. NO smoking
and NO pets. |
